Dr. Sophie Simeakis-Borelli

Dr. Sophie Simeakis-Borrelli, affectionately known by her patients as Dr. Sophie, is the owner, medical director, and master injector at Sofia’s Med Spa and Beauty Oasis. She graduated in 1986 from Midwestern University Medical School. After two years of general surgery she proceeded to complete a residency in emergency medicine and trauma and has been continuing her board certification in this field since then. She also worked for 17 years at Cook County Hospital as a senior attending in the emergency and trauma unit. Dr. Sophie accumulated over 35 years of experience as a hospital-based practitioner before retiring. Driven by her passion for aesthetic medicine, Dr. Sophie began formal training in the early 2000s. As of 3 years ago Dr. Sophie decided to retire from emergency medicine and pursue her passion as a full time cosmetic and aesthetic surgeon, which she has been doing since 2006. Over the past 18 years, she has had the privilege of training under leading experts who pioneered techniques used in medical spas worldwide. Her extensive training spans laser aesthetics, dermal fillers, neuromodulators, skin care, anti-aging treatments, and hormonal therapy. This comprehensive training has established her reputation as a master injector, human sculptor, and medical artist. For the past fifteen years, Dr. Sophie has distinguished herself through excellence and dedicated patient care. Having been with the med spa for over 8 years, Chloe brings extensive experience to her role. She is also in the process of completing her Master of Science in Human Resources.

Victoria is the front desk coordinator at Sofia’s Med Spa, where she ensures a seamless client experience and contributes to the spa’s overall excellence. She is also a distinguished Surgical Physician Assistant at Shriners Hospital, bringing her medical expertise to both roles.
